As part of my education, I graduated from the prestigious Le Monde culinary school, as well as from the Organization of Technical Education and Training (O.T.E.K.). The seminars I attended covered a wide range of specialties, including proper raw material management, food hygiene and safety, as well as food styling.

With more than 18 years of experience in the field of gastronomy and over 10 years of teaching experience, my passion for the high art of cooking drives me to constantly pursue unmatched techniques and culinary experiences. In my cooking classes, I don’t simply offer recipes.
