Daily cooking certainly challenges everyone, whether they’re more or less familiar with the secrets of gastronomy. Homemade menus can even become a field for family disputes! “What are we eating today?” is the common but crucial question of the day, to which CookEat tries to offer an answer.
With over 18 years of experience in gastronomy and education, the creator of CookEat, Apostolos Takoulas, advocates returning to homemade meals. Recognizing the need for many to cook tasty, healthy, and affordable dishes themselves, the renowned chef invites us to put on our cooking aprons and return to the kitchen counter.

PERSONALIZED COURSES
PERSONALIZED COOKING
We will focus on training in the culinary and pastry arts. Through the course, Apostolos Takoulas reintroduces students to their home kitchen, guiding them step by step through the entire cooking process—from preparation to the completion of the dish. Participants learn techniques to improve their kitchen skills, not just recipes. They are also trained in the proper selection and use of ingredients and kitchen tools. The goal is for home cooking to be done right and to continuously evolve, exploring themed cuisines, ingredients, and recipes.

BEGINNER COURSE
The course is designed for those with no prior cooking experience who wish to begin their culinary journey, either for fun or out of necessity. Participants will be taught techniques (not just individual recipes) so that they can cook a variety of basic dishes and choose the right basic ingredients.
Duration: 10 hours
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
For those who have some basic knowledge of cooking but wish to expand their skills with both traditional and modern techniques. Additionally, this course introduces pastry making, enabling participants to create simple sweet treats.
Duration: 15 hours
ADVANCE COURSE
For cooking and pastry enthusiasts who view cooking as a means of creativity, relaxation, and stress relief.
